JOB PROFILE
• Sourcing Candidates from Job Boards as well as Social Media Sites.
• Pre-screening as well as Interviewing Candidates.
• Chasing of Documents.
• Checking availability of Candidates for the job.
• Placement of Nurses.
• Booking Interviews.
• Rates Negotiation.
• Client as well Candidate Management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Must have minimum 6 months of Experience into International Recruitment.
• Fine to work in UK Shift, i.e. 12:30 PM IST TO 10 PM IST/ 1:30 PM IST TO 11 PM IST.
• Good in Communication.
• Should have worked on job boards and social media sites.
• Experience of working in Healthcare will be preferable.
• Flexible to work in Alternate Saturday/Sunday.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing Candidates from Job sites/ Job boards.
SALARY- 20 K CTC
